Molly joined us here at Psychology Associates in 2016 and has progressed to be the lead for adoption and fostering and the registered manager of our adoption support agency. Molly is highly experienced in providing therapeutic intervention to children in care, children at risk of care and children who have been adopted as well as their families. Her training in Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) Video Interaction Guidance (VIG) and Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) allows Molly to work successfully and compassionately with children and their families with complex and challenging needs. She has pioneered the involvement of service users in our recruitment and policy making procedures. Molly has also worked on both adult and adolescent forensic wards within the NHS, providing individual and group therapeutic interventions. Her work with young offenders and their carers has contributed to her skills and knowledge in this area. Molly’s breadth and depth of knowledge and experience of working with complex trauma makes her a popular trainer. She is also sought after to provide consultation to organisations who work with young people in care.
