Joining as part of business support

PA has a reputation as an excellent provider of clinical services but none of this would be possible without our amazing business support team within the practice.

Our Referral Team are crucial to our work and the staff skilfully offer advice, take referrals and requests and place work with our employed and associate clinicians. PA’s service development staff are continuously promoting services and training events by reaching out across many different platforms. The Finance team work hard to develop good relationships with all of our customers and staff whilst organising all invoicing and payments. The Reception staff are the welcoming face of PA when clients and clinicians arrive at our offices and offer everyone reassurance and seamless support. Our HR team manage our ongoing recruitment processes admirably. Whilst the management team keeps every cog moving smoothly.

Our growing multidisciplinary team has a strong commitment to ethical and holistic support, providing the highest level of therapeutic breadth and expertise.

As a practice, we prioritise professional development. We offer an extensive training program as a service to others and ensure all of our clinicians have access to excellent CPD. We have an fantastic skill mix of expertise and experience which makes PA the perfect employer for career progression. As a long-standing placement provider for Trainee Clinical Psychologists, we are well placed to support and develop newly qualified Psychologists and invite any newly qualified or soon to be qualified Psychologists to contact us.

Strategic Clinical Psychologist

We have senior strategic Clinical Psychologist posts available across the areas of: Adoption & Fostering; Adult, Child & Family Therapy and Multidisciplinary services, working with clients across independent and statutory services.

Psychology Associates has a robust commitment to training and we take great pride in maintaining high levels of CPD amongst our team. These roles will include: strengthening specialism across a range of clinical interventions, access to specialist supervision and support with specialist areas of development.

We are looking for someone who can bring energy, innovation and creativity to an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our clinical services with a strong ethical and compassionate approach.

The successful candidates should have excellent organisational and communication skills, should be highly motivated and able to manage their workload to meet deadlines.
