Joining as part of business support

PA has a reputation as an excellent provider of clinical services but none of this would be possible without our amazing business support team within the practice.

Our Referral Team are crucial to our work and the staff skilfully offer advice, take referrals and requests and place work with our employed and associate clinicians. PA’s service development staff are continuously promoting services and training events by reaching out across many different platforms. The Finance team work hard to develop good relationships with all of our customers and staff whilst organising all invoicing and payments. The Reception staff are the welcoming face of PA when clients and clinicians arrive at our offices and offer everyone reassurance and seamless support. Our HR team manage our ongoing recruitment processes admirably. Whilst the management team keeps every cog moving smoothly.

Case Handler Vacancy

At an exciting time of continued expansion, we have a wonderful opportunity for a full-time Case Handler to join our dynamic team.

This role will be a key part of our Referral Team, who help to ensure that our clients are able to access the most suitable well-being support and manage all correspondence between our clients and clinicians. 

Salary: £20,500 – £21,500 per annum dependent on experience

Senior Finance Assistant Vacancy

We have an excellent opportunity for  an experienced finance professional to join our expanding practice. The successful applicant will have experience of management accounting and financial reporting, and be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA. If you are fantastic communicator with strong IT, numerical and reconciliation skills and have the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy, please enquire today.

Receptionist Vacancy

Due to ongoing team expansion at our Saltash Office, we are recruiting a Receptionist to work alongside our admin team members. The successful candidate should have previous receptionist or admin experience and the ability to work well under pressure, as well as excellent organisation and communication skills.

Clinical Psychologist working with children recovering from trauma vacancy

Due to continued expansion we have a new post available, suitable for a newly qualified psychologist or a more experienced clinician. The successful candidate will receive training, support and supervision tailored to individual need. They will work within our Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ Adoption Support Agency and with looked after children, in education settings, private or statutory (NHS) referrals and within our multidisciplinary team. There are significant opportunities for development within the broader Psychology Associates provision.

Educational Psychologist Vacancies

We are looking for motivated and passionate HCPC Registered Educational Psychologists or current Year 3 Trainee Educational Psychologists to join us at such an exciting time of expansion. due to a rapid increase in demand, we are especially looking for clinicians in the Devon and Cornwall region. 

If you are an individual who has excellent organisational and communication skills, highly motivated, a strong team player who has the ability to manage their workload and meet deadlines and you would like to be part of a multidisciplinary team and develop additional specialism in supporting complex trauma, we would love to hear from you!

Clinical Psychologist Vacancies

We are looking for additional HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologists to join our existing team of Clinical Psychologists due to continued expansion. We have several posts available from newly qualified to experienced. Posts will include providing advice, consultation, training, assessment and interventions within the broader Psychology Associates provision.
