PA has a reputation as an excellent provider of clinical services but none of this would be possible without our amazing business support team within the practice.

Our Referral Team are crucial to our work and the staff skilfully offer advice, take referrals and requests and place work with our employed and associate clinicians. PA’s service development staff are continuously promoting services and training events by reaching out across many different platforms. The Finance team work hard to develop good relationships with all of our customers and staff whilst organising all invoicing and payments. The Reception staff are the welcoming face of PA when clients and clinicians arrive at our offices and offer everyone reassurance and seamless support. Our HR team manage our ongoing recruitment processes admirably. Whilst the management team keeps every cog moving smoothly.

Educational Psychologist

Job description

At Psychology Associates, We are looking for an Educational Psychologist to join our friendly multi-disciplinary team.

Our Educational Psychologists offer services to a wide range of schools, specialist educational settings, children’s homes and charities. We have many schools that we work with across the academic year, offering bespoke support based on the needs of the school, children and families.

As an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ Adoption Support Agency, we have opportunities to work with children, families and Local Authorities to provide a range of therapeutic services.

We have offices in Saltash and Exeter so the postholder’s working base is flexible.

Receptionist and Administrative Assistant

Exeter Office

Psychology Associates are looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join our busy Exeter office on a part-time basis.

If you like working in a fast-paced environment, you are passionate about the work you do and would like to be part of a team where everyone supports each other, please get in contact.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Admin support to Managers, Directors and all areas of the business

·         Manage room bookings

·         Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional manner

·         Handle incoming telephone calls professionally and direct calls accordingly

·         Process card payments

·         Liaise with external IT company

·         Support with internal and external training co-ordination – bookings, zoom/teams links, CPD certificates, gathering feedback.

·         Maintaining stationery and equipment supplies and general office upkeep

Skills:

·         Previous experience in similar role or client facing role

·         Strong organisational and communication skills both written and verbal

·         Friendly and approachable

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google

·         Can do attitude

Hours: 15.5 hours per week – 2 days a week (with additional hours required on occasion)
