Throughout the practice we strive to be fair and focus on improvements. Expectations of staff are transparent and we ensure to listen to each member of the team, whether through PA’s ‘Staff Council’ or the Directors’ ‘open door policy’.

We pride ourselves on our commitment to staff development, through regular CPD and personal growth. Most senior posts are appointed internally within PA, with innovation, experience, loyalty and commitment recognised as valued strengths.

As PA grows, we are committed to maintaining the sense of family, mutual support and care amongst our staff and are constantly seeking ways to celebrate and enhance team cohesion and a sense of belonging.
