Dr Emma Corrigan

Clinical Director & Consultant Educational Psychologist

Emma joined our team in 2016 and oversees Psychology Associates’ services to education and supervises other clinicians working across our range of schools and education settings. Emma provides consultation, assessment, training and therapeutic intervention drawing upon systemic models of practice to facilitate young people’s inclusion. Emma has an interest in dynamic assessment and person-centred approaches and has experience supporting complex trauma and working with Adopted children and their families (trained in Dyadic Developmental Practice, Level 2). Emma delivers developmental trauma training to schools and residential settings and works closely with national charities and organisations to support research, practice and service development. Emma also provides expert opinion assessments for the Courts.

New Virtual Anxiety Group (Ages 14–17)

Starting Tuesday 23rd June, our supportive online group helps young people better understand anxiety and develop practical coping strategies.
