Office and Events Manager

Amanda administers training courses and events for organisations as well as for the PA team. The administrative side of this role includes initially finding a cost effective venue and agreeing costing with the Business Director, liaising with the marketing department to advertise the event, sending out booking forms and invoices, co-ordinating with speakers/trainers/venue, making sure the event runs smoothly and logging of attendance and feedback. Arranging travel and accommodation for our own team of trainers if needs be. Also includes researching wanted and needed training for our own team and arranging training/events as and when agreed by the Board.
