Integrative Counsellor

As an integrative Counsellor, Lauren has a firm basis in person-centred practice and strives to develop relationships with clients that can assist them in instigating positive changes in their lives and to gain greater understanding of themselves.

Lauren works creatively with children, young people and adults to break down barriers and enable engagement in therapy, including the use of nature and movement. Lauren utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems and her Trauma training in sessions.

Lauren has experience of supporting adults and young people who are neurodiverse and has experience working with a wide range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, domestic violence, living with long term illness, grief, growing up in care, relationship issues, disability, emotional regulation, trauma and self- harm.

New Virtual Anxiety Group (Ages 14–17)

Starting Tuesday 23rd June, our supportive online group helps young people better understand anxiety and develop practical coping strategies.
