Dr Jo Taylor is a Child and Educational Psychologist (and recent arrival in the South West of England), and joined Psychology Associates in 2021.

Jo has expertise in working with children, families, schools and organisations. He likes working in a systemic and collaborative way and has specialist training across therapeutic disciplines, cognition, paediatric sleep and providing 1:1 and group supervision.

Jo is experienced and effective at training other people to use psychology in their life and work (previous clients including Cambridge University, Bethnal Green Venture and the Greater London Authority).

At the moment Jo’s research interests include compassion, hope and supporting people through long term suffering, the latter of which he is being funded to research internationally through the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust.

Jo holds several advisory roles including for The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust and The Foundation for Education Development.
