Sophy is an integrative counsellor working with adults, adolescents and children. She holds an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Children and Adolescents and has more than ten years’ experience working with bereaved adults and young people in hospices and children’s charities across Oxfordshire and North Devon.

Sophy believes everyone is unique and tailors therapy to meet individual needs and goals. She likes to use creative arts therapeutically, as a way to increase understanding and awareness when clients are struggling to use language.
