Louise Turvey is a Registered Counselling Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience working with drug and alcohol services, eating disorder services, maternal mental health services, Primary Care IAPT service, and Relate. This has given her a rich experience in supporting people at different life stages and across different forms of psychological distress. Louise works as an Integrative therapist and her therapeutic approach rests upon the humanistic value base of understanding her client’s unique experience in the world, a focus on wellness and working together to support understanding, growth and change. She offers a range of psychological interventions including brief intervention and longer-term therapy. Louise specialises in relationship therapy, couples’ therapy, and working with young people.
