Dr Taru-Maija Kokkonen is an HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist who specialises in providing psychological assessment and therapy to children, young people and families. She has worked in a range of services including early years psychology, CAMHS and paediatric psychology and is highly skilled in offering evidence based interventions that are adapted to the needs of each child, young person or family. She has special interests in cognitive behavioural approaches, parenting support and working with children and young people with physical health conditions. Dr Kokkonen is experienced in providing training and consultation to other professionals working with children and families.
