Dr Sarah Moloney

Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Practitioner

Dr. Sarah Moloney is a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with a broad range of experience
working with adults, including those with neurodevelopmental differences or disabilities. She
specialises in supporting individuals who are navigating mental health challenges, as well as parents and caregivers of children or adults with disabilities or emotional distress.

Dr. Moloney offers a holistic, person-centred approach to therapy, ensuring that each individual is met with empathy and respect. Her clinical expertise extends beyond direct
therapy to include supporting families and care teams through therapy, family work, training,
and consultation.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic models, including Systemic and Family Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Dr. Moloney tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. She believes in meeting the person first, rather than
trying to fit them into predefined models or frameworks. This flexibility allows her to collaborate effectively with clients and their support networks to foster meaningful, sustainable change.

Whether someone is seeking support for mental health challenges, navigating family dynamics, or requiring professional consultation, Dr. Moloney provides a compassionate, collaborative space to foster resilience, improve coping strategies, and navigate life’s
challenges.
