Dr Jessica Watts
Dr Jessica Watts is a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with adults who have experienced single or multiple traumas, anxiety, depression and relational difficulties. Specifically, she has worked with women who have experienced loss or trauma related to their child(ren) or birth. Therapeutically this work is often, but not always, informed by Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT). She is currently in the final stages of completing her CAT Practitioner level qualification. Additionally, she has experience of completing adult and child neuropsychological assessments and cognitive assessments. Specifically, she is interested in how such assessments can lead to changes for individuals and within her practice, is committed to exploring how interventions can be tailored in order to best support the individual.
