Dr Dale Abbotts is a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist who specialises in work with children and families, working with children in care, children who have been adopted and children who are neurodiverse. Prior to training as a Clinical Psychologist he worked as a social worker working extensively with children in care and children at risk of harm; supporting families and providing expert assessment of parents experiencing a range of difficulties including substance use, domestic abuse and learning disabilities. He has provided expert evidence within family court proceedings as a social worker, Children’s Guardian and as an independent expert across the southwest.
