Claire Barker is a HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist. Claire has extensive
experience offering services to forensic settings, including psychological risk
assessments and therapeutic intervention to offenders. Claire has offered supervision
and consultation to Prison Officers working with individuals with complex mental
health issues. Claire is experienced in using many risk assessment tools including HCR-
20 and PCL-R and has previously provided reports to the courts using these tools. Claire
also specialises in assessing those with complex mental health issues, including
personality disorders and severe anxiety disorders. Claire is experienced in
undertaking cognitive and capacity assessments. Claire has provided her expert
opinion to the courts for several years.
