Dr Cara Redmond is a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with children and young people with developmental trauma, anxiety and depression. Cara is particularly interested in systemic and dyadic approaches to working with trauma and relationship difficulties. Cara has worked in CAMHS, Paediatric Clinical Psychology and Post-Adoption Support. Her areas of expertise are working with complex trauma, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, emotional dysregulation and self-harm.
