Alex is a HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist. Alex provides psychological services to children and families and currently works with children who have experienced attachment difficulties and trauma in foster care as well as with Special Guardianship families. He has experience of providing parenting assessments, child mental health assessments, as well as cognitive, capacity and Autism assessments to the Courts. Alex currently provides consultation to the professional systems surrounding children who have experienced trauma and abuse, as well as supervision to other professionals. He has also worked for the NHS within child and adult Learning Disabilities services, providing assessment, intervention, training and consultation in relation to Learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour. Alex has experience of working within the Special Parenting service providing specialist parenting assessment and intervention to parents with Learning Disabilities.
