Keeping Language in Mind – Understanding Children and Young People with SEMH Needs

3 day Masters level CPD course validated by Plymouth Marjon University.

This new and innovative course will provide advanced level post-graduate training on the relationship between language development and social-emotional development. The focus will be on children and young people with Developmental Language Disorders (DLD) who have social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).

Numbers are strictly limited and early booking is advised. Delegates with undergraduate degrees have the option of submitting an additional piece of written work leading to 30 Masters level credits (please ask for additional information document for more details).

This course will be run by Dr Val Brooks, Consultant Speech and Language Therapist, and will run on the 3rd, 4th and 5th November 2021 at Plymouth Marjon University.
