Services for Associates |

- Associates are offered work as self employed practitioners, enabling them to benefit from offsetting costs against tax.
- The amount of work can be tailored to your availability.
- A wide range of psychometric tests is held at our offices and can be booked out to Associates at no cost.
- Administrative support including if required postal address, 24 hour answering service, setting up appointments and bookings, office accommodation, secretarial services, account keeping and access to supportive colleagues and supervision. Some services attract an additional cost.
- Psychology Associates pay experts 8 weeks after receiving the completed report and time log and will undertake the responsibility for chasing payment from bad debtors.
- Provision of office and consulting rooms based in Saltash including secretarial services, clinical rooms, training, meeting or group work room and storage for psychometrics and filing. When necessary we will locate and book interview rooms elsewhere in the region.
- Private work can be clinically isolating. Psychology Associates will strive to provide informal support networks for peer supervision and discussion, creating a working collective of mutually supportive clinicians.
- By bringing together a number of experts it is possible to even out variations in the availability of work and to offer support.
- By removing some of the additional stress of private work, Associates can be freed to focus their energy on the clinical work at hand.
- Psychology Associates will aim to facilitate those Associates who only want to devote a small and contained amount of time for private work by providing work at agreed levels with full administrative backup.
- Associates will receive Court skills training and support free of charge.
