Is it ok for more than one expert to be instructed in completing the assessment requirements?: Yes No It is good practice in complex cases for more than one expert to independently assess the critical issues. At Psychology Associates we aim to provide comprehensive coverage of assessments and value collaborative working within the practice. Thereby experts who are familiar with one another’s working practice can ensure there is minimal duplication and that experts with the most appropriate knowledge will be addressing the relevant questions at issue, whilst maintaining clinical independence. Such an approach is intended to reduce the necessity for lengthy Court attendance by clearly informing the Court and parties about areas of agreement and or disagreement.
