Supervision

We provide supervision to a range of professionals as part of our wider psychology remit to both individual clients and organisations. To date this has included both group and individual supervision formats applied to a wide range of settings including several in-patient and community health care settings. We have a variety of supervision models that we utilise and this is negotiated with the supervisee and forms part of a supervision contract. As well as these formal supervision arrangements Psychology Associates provides more informal ad hoc supervision and also debriefing services when appropriate. Clearly the main aim of any of these supervision arrangements is that they increase both organisational and individual reflective practice, and evaluation systems are agreed in order to ensure any supervision meets this requirement.
